  • B2B connects users with registered medical shops, labs, ambulances, and healthcare providers.

  • We do not provide medical advice directly. All medical decisions must be made by qualified professionals.

  • Users are responsible for providing valid prescriptions and following medical instructions.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Service bookings (e.g., medicine orders, lab appointments) are subject to availability.

  • Payments must be completed via approved gateways. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

  • B2B reserves the right to cancel any booking or transaction at its discretion with a valid reason.

5. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy (if applicable).

  • Prescription-based orders, once processed, may not be eligible for return unless proven faulty or incorrect.

  • Lab test cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on B2B (logos, texts, designs, images, code, etc.) is the intellectual property of B2B.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

  • B2B may link to or integrate services from third parties (e.g., payment gateways, service providers).

  • We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy policies of third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • B2B is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform.

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

  • You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
